LASCA®
Laser based wheel force diagnostics type "Lasca®" for the determination of wheel-rail forces and evaluation of tread damages under operating conditions by wayside montoring
Our system is in the position to monitor each wheel fully automatically via the wheel force diagnosis from the operational use. This allows the "condition-based maintenance" of your vehicles. LASCA® is LGA / TUV certified and replaces - in demonstrating the same security - the manual runout measurements in the workshop. Our monitoring system has a built-approval of the Gernam Railway Authorities (EBA) for all track types and speeds. The software has grown in the market, is modularly designed and includes all international experience in Europe, the USA and Asia (China).
By a wayside monitoring the vehicles in use and the graphical data-handling, it self-calibrating monitoring system, there is a convenient tool for an integrated quality management. It allows not only statistical data collection and the immediate notification of limits (eg flats). The selective investigation of abnormal wear on the wheel and bogie are possible over the evaluation of the dynamic running behavior of the vehicles.
