The certification of the mobile measurement system LASCA® Mattild for the "condition-based maintenance" of the vehicles. Proof of the same security of runout measurement in the workshop and the continuous measurements under operating conditions.

The German Federal Railroad seeks specifically adapted to the vehicle condition maintenance intervals and thus achieve an optimization of operating times and minimizing the workshop visits. For this condition-based maintenance of vehicles, it is important to continuously monitor the state of the running material. For this purpose, it is envisaged the regular wheel concentric measurements in the workshop to vehicles to limit that show abnormalities in operating conditions. These continuous measurements are performed under operating conditions and may interact with measurement systems as the investigated laser-based mobile measurement system LASCA® of the company INNOtec Systems GmbH. For this, the proof of equivalent safety of uniformity measurements in the workshop or under operating conditions is required. The process of the DB for the final review by the LGA took 2 years and it produced 14 full folder. In a two-day event in Frankfurt, in October 2008, on the basis of this technical specification sheet "Measurement systems to evaluate the vehicle state; Track-related wheel force diagnostics equipment "of the Deutsche Bahn AG, Technology and Procurement it was finally checked and verified.

Official Notice of the technical examination committee "for the dynamic monitoring system (LASCA®) of the wheelset on lines of high-speed railways"

To all railway authorities: On 14.10. 2010, the concerned experts who were brought together by the transport authority of the Railway Ministry and the trial site, have tested the dynamic monitoring system of the wheelset on the high-speed railways (LASCA®). The system (based on the imported German technology "LASCA®") was technically examined by the opto-electronic Institute of Southwest Jiaotong University Chengdu as the leading technological university, the Institute SCLEAD Chengdu - Beijing as a leading technological surveillance company on behalf of the Ministry of Railways, Chengdu. According to our in-depth consultation, we agree with the comments of the audit. ... Thus, the system can monitor the safety of the trains passing and timely warning in case of danger. The maximum test speed can be up to 400km / h. The system can be installed for monitoring in all types of superstructures and apply for high-speed, passenger and freight trains. It also meets the requirements of long-term stability with running trains and the environmental conditions ...

INNOtec systems have the approval of the German Railway Authorities for installation in the track.

The Federal Railway Authorities has oversight and approval authority for the current 30 railway transport and 5 infrastructure companies - mainly for the Deutsche Bahn AG. 300 employees in the headquarters in Bonn process subject-related policy issues, the approvals and permits. Around 1,000 employees in 12 field offices in 15 locations do the operations on site.

DB Netz

INNOtec systems do have the installation approval in the track of DB Netz AG pursuant TM 2011-146 have I.NVT.

DB Netz AG, a wholly owned subsidiary of the German Railways (DB), operates as a railway infrastructure company approximately 87.5% of the German rail network (2012: 33,319 km). Train operating company (TOC) can order train paths of the infrastructure at DB Netz AG. This path access must be granted and is monitored by the Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railway accordance with the provisions of the General Railway Act (AEG).
Each client (usually train operating company) is assigned of the DB Netz AG to one of its regional divisions for the care and billing. In general, this is the regional area within the territory of the customers location. DB Netz AG is marketing to their customers line capacity (in terms of train paths) and local systems.
